These terms govern your use of the MagicPay merchant platform operated by MagicPay ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.
1. सेवा
MagicPay provides tools to collect payments (INR via UPI/IMPS/NEFT and USDT on TRC-20), to view balances and to request withdrawals. Payments are processed by third-party payment channels; we are not a bank.
2. आपका खाता
- You sign in with your Merchant ID and password and must protect them, together with your authenticator app and API keys.
- Two-factor authentication is mandatory. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You must give accurate business and contact information and keep it up to date.
3. अनुमत उपयोग
You may only accept payments for lawful goods and services. Gambling, fraud, money laundering, adult content involving minors, illegal goods and any activity that breaks Indian or applicable law are prohibited. We may suspend or close accounts, hold funds and report activity to the authorities where the law requires it.
4. शुल्क और सेटलमेंट
Fees are shown in your dashboard and are deducted from each transaction. Pay-in fees are taken from the amount collected; payout fees are charged on top of the amount you withdraw. We may change fees with prior notice. Withdrawals are processed after review and may be delayed for security or compliance checks.
5. समीक्षा और होल्ड
Payments that do not match the requested amount, arrive after expiry, or look suspicious are placed in review and are not credited until we verify them.
6. उपलब्धता
We work to keep the service available around the clock but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Upstream payment channels can fail; we route around problems where possible.
7. दायित्व
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees we received for the transaction concerned. We are not liable for losses caused by third-party channels, banks, network outages or your own integration.
