This policy explains what MagicPay collects when you use MagicPay and how it is used.

What we collect

• Account data: business name, e-mail, Telegram username, hashed password, settlement details you add.
• Transaction data: orders, amounts, references, statuses and the payer information the payment channel returns.
• Technical data: IP address, browser, sign-in history and security events, used to protect accounts.

How we use it

To run the service, settle funds, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, send the alerts you enable and provide support. We do not sell your data.

Sharing

We share the minimum required with payment channels that process your transactions, with Telegram when you connect the bot, and with authorities when legally required.

Security

Passwords are stored hashed, sessions are protected, two-factor authentication is mandatory and administrative actions are logged.

Retention and your rights

Financial records are kept as long as the law requires. You can ask us to correct your details or close your account from the support page.
